As our products are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

All Elalya Candle products are carefully handcrafted to order.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For bulk or custom orders, production times may vary and will be communicated accordingly.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
We may offer free shipping promotions during selected periods.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in Turkey at the Elalya Candle atelier.
We use premium materials and thoughtfully selected finishing touches in every piece.
Do you offer personalization or custom orders?
